When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, together with your IP address and submission time, for spam prevention.
We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up about the project or partnership you contacted us about. We do not use it for marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
To keep the contact form free of automated abuse, submissions are checked against basic automated signals (a hidden field that only software would fill in, and a limit on how many messages can be sent from the same connection in a short period). This checking does not use your message content for any purpose beyond spam detection.
We retain contact form messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and delete them when no longer needed.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you at any time by writing to info@revera.it.
